Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH) is the common developmental enamel defects affecting FPM. It describes the clinical picture of hypomineralization of systemic origin affecting one or more first permanent molars that are associated frequently with affected incisors.
Aim:
To increase the awareness about the MIH; the most common enamel defect of the first permanent molars.
