Proper management of cleft lip and palate patients is one of the most challenging surgical condition in the medical field. Over 25 years of experience in treating cleft lip and palate patients we meet unusual severely, deformed cases that required custom-made treatment plane to be able to rehabilitate them. In this lecture the stream-line treatment of regular cleft cases in our department will be presented as well as many unusual formalities that required different approach.
