Defining the etiology of malocclusion and dominant orthodontic problems as well as early detection the causes can help in future effective treatment, management, and public health planning. Unfortunately, Egypt has a good number of skeletal class 3 patients ranges from 7 to 12 % of total population, and this percentage consider high to some extent, This is due to lack of awareness and education and the doctor’s inability to diagnose and treat appropriately”
